The coverage appears to be OK except for the following:

• I don’t see the Sexual Abuse coverage – could you ask him where it is in the policy?  I did a search of “Sexual Abuse” “Sexual Molestation” and just plain “Sex” and “Sexual” it found no matches on the Commercial Package. The Executive Liability specifically excludes all Sexual Abuse/Molestation.
• He would need to add SOS Franchising Inc as Additional Insured on all liability policies
